Pure Arcade Bliss
I have to say, I had my doubts when I first saw this game, but after a few minutes, I realized that I was playing one of the most original, fresh, and addicting flash reincarnations of a top-down shooter. The insane bosses, the flying bullets, and the helpful ability cards all contributed to the, well, frantic, action of this brilliant game. More flash games should attempt to be this original. It would make the internet a lot less boring.
amazing space shooter!
i loved this game it brought me back to the old school space shooters that i loved to play
i really loved the upgrading card system it added a RPG element that made a nice twist
Artwork-amazing very retro esque it was a real treat for the eyes (that were contently darting back and forth to keep track of enemy bullets :P )
Game play- addicting and exiting it never got old from start to finish the constant upgrades and power ups kept it fresh as well as the ever evolving enemy and bosses
sound- very retro up beat tunes that kept me playing even though it was the same song playing every level it never got annoying or old
Over all- one of my favorite flash games in a long time congrats i really enjoyed it
Great Game!
Played it all the way through without dying once. This is what shooters of this category should be like: No complicated rules, tons of enemies and a screen full of projectiles. Great work.
Hey, just thought I'd say
- I haven't even signed in for months; your game inspired me to ( as well as to write this review obviously ) . I felt very relaxed and focused during game play. The balance in weapon upgrades, enemy difficulty and shooting patterns all came together professionally, and allowed for a challenging enough game; albeit one that always felt conquerable. Congrats, and we can't wait for a second title.
