Interesting. The flash has a spare, interesting style. It's reminiscent of Alan Moore's "From Hell". Definitely points for that, as well as the clear narrative despite almost no action and limited animation.
That said, animation-wise this flash was a tad too choppy for me to mark any higher than 8. I know it was just something you were toying with, so it's not really to big of a deal. Good job though!

the idea of making the graphics that way did the vid have a better look (and did u work harder too) but it made it dificult to fully understand the video

If it weren't so sketchy, it'd be awesome. A bit more time and you could have had yourself an amazing flick. I loved the angles you used in this!
