I didnt know how to play
Ok, I was stumped right at the beginning, and the enemy killed me. You'd expect me to read the instructions, but honestly, who'd bother read tons of words just as though the game was a book?
I'd suggest you put in a bit more effort to make an interactive TUTORIAL!
Has one flaw...
It's a great game, nice variety in terms of units, buildings, and research, but the difficulty is just too punishing. Easy seems like a computer that you should fight on Hard or even Brutal difficulty, I don't even want to imagine the computer for those difficulty levels. Seriously, reduce the difficulty of the A.I. because it really detracts from the fun of the game.

probably too much for a flash game, and the projection for graphics are wierd.

If you don't know the purpose of each building you get your ass handed to you. In my opinion you need to have less instruction pages which just make the game look boring to begin with, simplify the control setup, and allow the player to compete with the speed of the AI.
Note: if you play it more than once you get the hang of it, but it's rather tedious.
