This COULD have been cool.
If there was sound and better graphics it would be cool.

It's like Half-a-movie
Visually, I'd say this is passable. You've done some kind of interesting things, though at times it was hard to distinguish what was happening. I.E. during the Lock and Load montage.
The crippling problem is that there is no Sound. None. The audience can feel no pathos without any Dialogue or Music. Hell, you coulda just gotten the Edwin Starr song 'War' and played it over the top. And without any kind of audio track, it feels like an incomplete piece, like you're showing a picture half-drawn.
Try submitting again once you've added some sound.

It's supposed to be silent. Anyway, there is the gunshot when you click the Play button, so it does work.
