Really hard
This game is tough. Its a lot of fun but I wish there was some extras. Grenades are useless if zombies are right in front of you. Replenishing health is REALLY expensive. I wish there were some dropped power ups or maybe health pack drops. And those jumper zombies are impossible to escape when thet are already at you

this game rocks easy at first and gets harder i got to lvl 34 its was fudging hard then but its a great game spent about 2 hrs playing it every one should try this
Cool game, but....
This game's really fun and the Metal Slug graphics are nice, but it sucs that you have to start from the beginning if you died once. Give the player 3 lives or let us retry the same level. It's really annoying when you worked a lot for the upgrades and it's all gone after just 1 death.
