Good Parody of Foamy
I like how this movie shows how pointlessly dumb Foamy has become... if that's what you were going for. The general idea of fast talking + boobs = funny has gone a bit too far in a lot of places. You might want to slow down the fastness of the fast talking for the sake of making it understandable though. That doesn't mean make it normal, make sure it is faster than it should be (to keep the parody aspect in there) but make sure it is understandable. Have someone you live with listen to it, and if they don't understand what is going on word for word you probably should slow it down a bit.
Besides that, add more animation to the guy's face/body, make it so that the woman also has a disproportionally large ass to go with the disproportionally large boobs, and make both bounce more than the boobs of Taki on all 4 Soul Calibers combined. Overdoing it seems to be what you are going for and you get the point across as is. With more work on animation, and a few changes to the voice, this could be a truly great flash.
