Urgh.....I'm not feeling very well
Maybe I contracted the virus or maybe I just concentrated too long trying to avoid a shower of dots....Anyway, the concept is pretty fun and there are even power-ups. But in my opinion, the game is very fast-paced and I simply didn't have the time to grab the power-ups.It would be cool to let the power-ups fall a bit slower.
Oh and add some random SFX!
WHY 30 FPS??
I love games that have a highscore list, but I HATE games that run 30 FPS!!!
Well, I got something 18,000 my nick is Aaro.
Not bad, but lacks originality.
Aside from the fact that it is a very simple avoid game, there's a few problems.
The speed increases too drastically, and the slow down cells really don't do enough to help you, a couple of seconds of slowed time then back to normal just doesn't do it for me.
The graphics are very plain, but that kind of works - maybe some slightly different shapes for the viruses would make them easier to discern and therefore easier to catch.
The high score system is nice - easy way to add replayability, but the game itself is lacking slightly too much for it to really work to its full potential.
Just like all the others.
It's not a good game in my opinion. It's a tried and true idea, people have made better ones, and there just wasn't enough to do. You had 3 cells, Virus, Speed Up and Slow Down, like the basic of basic avoid games.
