Nice Idea
Well, it's a nice idea for a horror-movie, true.
But - why the hell did they reject him in the hospital??
"Hmm.. there's a man, infected with a dangerous, contagious and possibly deadly disease.... - WE'LL BETTER LET HIM RUN AROUND IN THE CITY!!! YAY!!"
Well, sorry, but that idea is just too stupid - even for a horror movie.
Otherwise... the graphics and the animation were nothing better that mediocre...
Still, a good flash.
A lot of real-life people actually have pretty bizarre, gruesome and unique diseases that aren't fully understood, and they can be turned away if they don't have the medical insurance to pay for special treatment...there's even people who really believe they have insects breeding in their skin, and some doctors who back them up, but most of the scientific community (and myself) believe it's a form of insanity :)

The first thing that comes to my mind when watching yor clips is just one name; David Firth. I see a lot of connections. Are they intended? Are you a fan of his, like me?
I like some of his stuff but I came up with a lot of my ideas before I'd ever heard of him, and I don't really see a big similarity :)
