Well im not to sure how long this took ya but none the less its pretty rubbish im not gonna be an asshole and say its a load of shit.
Try taking more time on the art and animation and buy yourself a decent mic and your stuff might improve. Do not use the shitty microsoft sam stuff it dosent work.
with regards to the unicorn get a normal pic of a horse and try copying just the shape, make sure its pretty accurate aswell. Make sure the unicorns limbs, (legs) head and tail are all separted and do that thing with the ratational tool in flash.

it seems that anything can pass as a good flash these days, im sorry this is garbage. the artwork looked like a two yearold drew it, the soundeffects are pretty much worthless. im sorry but what you were trying to get at backfired.
