Interesting concept, but...
Two problems: it isn't immediately obvious you have to double-click to open things in the menu, and the control of the pieces isn't very good. I think a lot of frustration comes from fighting the pieces to get them in the orientation you want.
Perhaps in later versions, joined pieces could have more inertia and friction, so that as you joined pieces together they became easier to handle but slower to move; that seems intuitive and may also increase the challenge as well.
Apart from that, an interesting twist on the jigsaw game.

the game had a great concept and was fun to play, but the physics on the pieces was so warped that it got frustrating as hell to put them where they needed to go. also your scoring system is messed up. it took me longer than .2 seconds to finnish the puzzles, and im pretty sure nobody beat any of them in 0.0 seconds. you might want to get on that.
Interesting Concept! Buut...
When you play the game, simply clicking on the puzzle, which does not really break apart, allows you to win. Thus, no game, no challenge.
Maybe make the puzzle seperate upon beginning play, or start as a set of pieces?
Menu and physics are very nice, though. Just fix it and it will be 10 worthy.
