Reviews for "Warfare: 1917"

One of the best defense games.

Loved it, everything about it was good. My only two gripes are that it was a "little" too easy, and I'd like to play germany on this website, not some other one that I can't make the game fullscreen on,

War is Hell!

This was a great interpretation of WWI, In reality its trench warfare was a little bit along the lines as it was shown in this game. Day and night German, French, and English troops were at each others necks in the thick of it. Gun shells, bullets, and flames skyrocketed in those times. For four years since 1914 all the way through to 1918 was a living hell in the trenches. I have had a real great time with this game since I admire history to its fullest. I hereby bestow upon you a perfect score a 10/10 and a 5/5. I hope you've enjoyed this review and I hope you have a splendid day.

pretty good

it was an entertaining game, but the morale meter is weird. i was about to take the enemy ground and suddenly my men surrendered, with no germans on the screen. other than that its an amazing game

Problem

I've reviewed this in the past I gave it rave review. But now we have a problem. If you want to play the German Campaign you have to go to Armored Games. But this game is no longer hosted there. You find it you click on it. And nothing happens. Not good Con Man, Not Good At All.

Ye olden days of war!

Great game, a little short since the replay value and the upgrading system begged for a decade of suffering in the trenches. The only reason I took off a point is because the morale system was a little screwy, I had two tanks and three squads that were literally two steps away from victory in the final mission and they suddenly surrendered when one of my tanks were blown to kingdom come. Now I'm not a five star general (maybe a brigadier gen.) but Sun Tzu would be rolling in his grave if soldiers pulled that kind of crap in his campaigns. However, the graphics were decent, the gameplay was amazing and the sound effects... where did you guys manage to get the sound effects? They were surround quality!
