That was awesomely spectacular. I loved every part of it, especially when I used the British to beat the game (GO ENGLAND). I'm going to favorite this, just because it's so kick-ass.

awesome! i meant it!

this game is soo damn good! that is just scary! i have never played a game like this in my life and i thank god that theres gona be a sequel! i usulaly dont like to write rewievs becuz im lazy but this time i HAD to! im gona vote 5/5 every day until the end of the year!

What a Challenge!

Man this game was really difficult for me! The last level was so ingeniously designed that I almost wrecked my computer when I lost for the 27th time. The levels were very dark and gloomy, which suited the games atmosphere perfectly. The trench system was great, allowing for more strategy in the game.

The upgrade system was (although kinda small) very intuitive and also allowed for strategy and freedom in the game. The differents units were all great. I found myself using the normal soldiers for the first half of the game, but then the difficulty curve shot right up, leaving my infantry almost useless. Emeny tanks were an extremely hard advisory and I took me a very long time to get around them. The officer was pretty much useless to me because he only provided a minimal damage bonus and did little to the emeny units.

The research for the game must have taken a month! It has incredible attention to detail which I found very impressive. The tanks looked really like the real thing, which made added to the atmosphere greatly. The use of mines, an dthe gas attack was really great and challenging!

Although the game was very good, I found that the difficulty curve could have been slowly raised throughout the game, and not just turned up to 11 half way through the game. Because of this, some levels got me frustrated and almost ruined the experience for me. I got through it in the end though, which left me with quite a satisfying feeling.

Great game guys, as always. This game falls a little bit short on a few things, and doesn't quite live up to the reputation of "The Last Stand" series, but still a great game none the less!

Good job guys, Keep it up! 9\10 and 5\5

best game ive ever played

took me a while to beat the british campaign, 2 hours, and still havnt beeten the german campaign. found that you cant win just by using riflemen and that the ai is very smart and gave me a huge challenge. cant wait untill the next installment, keep up the good work.

wow

Just amazing. Maybe its because it reminded me of Mud and Blood, which is my favorite game on NG, but it took my breath away. I played all the way through to the end, and I had a blast doing it. I thought it was too short, but only because I wanted like 50 missions of this stuff before I could be even close to satisfied. The graphics were superb, the animation and realism were perfect, and the strategy element, customization, and difficulty level were perfect. I think that it is easy with games like this to write in and suggest future upgrades/nuances that were not included in this game, so I won't do that. My only suggestion might actually be contrary to what most people want: I hope that, in the sequel (which will be made if you value your life,) you keep it to WWI. I think that the whole reinforcement-wave thing lends itself perfectly to side-scrolling trench action. Also, there really aren't enough games out there that focus on the First World War, so it is a refreshing and interesting experience. In terms of criticism, I actually can't think of anything to say, so I'll just say that you did a wonderful job, and you should be proud.
