The point system needs a overhaul.
I just kept playing level one to to make the points to buy the upgrades and specialists. I had more luck retaining credits on the first level then playing the advance levels. Really defeated the purpose of playing. I give this game a two thumbs down for lack of layout planning. Great graphics, and I did like the focused in approach when hitting the breaks
Good idea, frustrating execution.
It seems a simople enough premise - do damage to your van, teh damage gets taken out of your balance.
But...
You get charged for things you didn't do. Let's be clear here - if you damage civilian cars, YOU GET CHARGED.
How do I know this? Because you get charged not just for colissions, but for damage to other people's cars. I HARDLY think we're making ourselves available to their insurance companies to settle the debts!
Clearly these people have no regard for human life, as willing as they are to murder officers of the law for profit, so why should they be being held accountable for damage they cause to other people's vehicles?
Damage should only be deducted for YOUR VAN'S colissions.
It's RIDICULOUS that I could start a drive with over 200,000 in the van, and end with less than 40,000, and I barely even TOUCHED a civlian car!

Yeah, destroying police gives you credits. Unfortunately, you lose all possible credits while wrecking the police. So it's useless. Disgustingly repetitive. I love big crashes, but you even manage to ruin those in this game, you lose credits. The good things about this game? Well, uh......., the controls were responsive......that's about it.

But it is not. Same thing over and over, and like some people said by the time you get to the middle or farther in the level you either have under 20,000 credits or none. Its not that the game is hard but that even when the cops hit a car without any assistance from the player, you lose money. I was noticing a steady decline in my credit as the cops behind me were hitting cars as I raced away. If you can fix that then you will probably have a better game.
