This is a good idea, and it's pretty funny and well animated. My only real gripe is that it's a mite too short.

but boyo you should work on your art work alittle. you had the sound down you had animation down you have teh idea down pat but the artwork... thats my only qurrel. its good though.

It made me giggle a bit. Pokemon DO seem to be imprevious to say, oh I dunno, a gigantic blast of fire and anything else that comes their way.
If I may suggest, vary the thicknesses of your lines when drawing to add a bit of visual interest. Make fine detail lines thinner and outlines more prominent; lines that are farther away smaller and closer lines (i.e. Mewtwo's hand extended toward the screen) larger. Keep animating!
