Well Done
It wasn't genius, however it was good. The animation was exceptional, and the music was synced/chosen well. The idea is pretty easy to get, that the blue bird-guy cut off his legs so that he couldn't stop watching the show. Why the other bird took antennas for legs, well, that's obviously just some of the rather obscene humor we're going to see. In any case, looks interesting.

I didn't really like it... maybe I'm just too uncultured to see the 'genius' here, but I just thought it was weird for no real reason other than to provoke a reaction.

It's short, but it doesn't need to be any longer. It's a great idea put together very well. Smooth animation and the music is genius.
