This had me hooked all of the way through. I especially liked the lighting efects in the darkness and the bit with the helicopters

Nicely done
Idk, this was pretty epic. Kind of long, and the story was hard for me to follow, but then again I have yet to watch the first one. The look of the characters impressed me greatly and the action was nice. Didn't expect subtitles from a Madness based creation, but it didn't bother me either. I gave this 10 huge bloody stars.

Lemme start by apologizing for actually taking so long to make a decent review here. I am a fan of the violence, but I go to college and do stuff for a living. Also, congrats on ranking high in the latest Madness Day competition. That being said, let's get this show on the road.
When we last left our heroes, everything was about to go from batshit-crazy to apeshit-bazooka. One operative down, another out of the picture until the end of the 1.5 show. Do I understand half of what is really going on here? Well...yes I do, actually. Giving us background and data prior to actually starting the flash was helpful, so that not only do I enjoy the plot, but I understand it. Points for going the distance to accomplish that.
From what started to become a highly-cordinated assault, the mission pretty much goes into chaos (Madness?), in which nobody is really in control here. I mean, let's see... Bounty hunters, reinforcement troops, and the legions of XV. Definitely not a fun time for those who like to go on living. I should ask, though, (and maybe you could PM this to me or something), what was the inspiration of XV? I recognize certain elements that I might figure coming from a number of games, movies, and so on, but what was it, in reality?
Character design and abilities deserves a "HOLY SHIT!" rating, because they're just freakin' badass. (I would say that we didn't necessarily see enough of this apparent upgrade from Askad to fully-understand it, but it was pretty awesome anyway.) What gets me is the last words of the flash, stating that the mission was not complete due to the survival of some of its members. Is that a serious "DUN DUN DUNNN!" moment or what? You left us wondering if there will be even more to come for next time!
All in all, I sez unto thee, the Newgrounds people, review 10, vote 5, 'cause this is number 1.

Really. I loved the first two, and the fact that you actually added a plot, which by the way is pretty good, if not mysterious. I also loved how added personalities, and costumes, different weapons, and all that good stuff. The animation was brilliant, especially the fight scenes between Omega and XV.
It's really a shame that you didn't win, I liked yours best, but you still got $$$. :P
Can't wait for the next one.
