But yeah, I don't think it should have gotten first. Sorry but I saw afew that are better.

-the blood effects were ok, maybe a darker red? well the effects were good just colorwise, it was too light a shade, almost a dark pink

First- Great work! Very smooth! Deserved to win in my opinion.
Second- I read your comment on the Plot. This is my idea about what happened:
Clue 1: The good Doctor underwent some physiological experiments that drove him insane. Clue 2: You said to look at his face, which has 3 holes. The fork he used is 3 pronged. The robot stabbed him with a knife hand, which is one wound, not three. Clue 3: Confabulation- Psychiatry; to fabricate imaginary experiences as compensation for loss of memory. THUSLY- He went insane and imagined he killed all the guards and scientist, and was stabbed by the robot. In fact, he stabbed himself with his own fork because of the insanity thing.
I think that the rest of series is going to be his other thoughts/scenarios or what happened before the insanity.
These are my thoughts about the story. Lemme know if I got close :P
