Please bitmap the blood next time, because even on Low quality it lagged immensely.
The movie itself is fine though some movements such as walking could be better.

too much text
imho theres too much explanation and text. if you look at action movies, they never have continuos lines of text flash on the screen, they may have a "4 years earlier" once, but that's it. sometimes there'd be a voice over or a montage to explain some background quickly. i'd say try to avoid having a too complicated backstory, or only if you have a really good way of telling it.
also i think leaving out the 'commenting' like 'no one walks away unharmed' etc. would be better. just showing the girl getting back up is sufficient.

i give you a five because it seems to me that you have really put some effort in drawing and animations but...
Where is Madness style? i think that there is too much "story" and not as much nonsense killing as it should be... i mean, germans? nazis? can't you just kill everything that moves?
