I found that there were very unclear instructions, e.g. for level 3 (maybe 4?), it says, beat it in 2 experiments, and i did exactly that,and multiple variations of it, and had just beat it previous the same way. any help?

I believe you are speaking of level 4. The instructions are "Destroy all atoms in 2 experiments. Growth atoms (identified with the bitmap) don't count"
Unless something really weird happened, you are supposed to do what it says: destroy all the atoms although the growth ones don't count for the sum although you can destroy it anyway.
I'm sorry you had this experience but I really can't imagine what might went wrong.

And so i did, yet it says i failed.
Seriously, WTF.
Oh and i also though i'd let you know that i cannot start the game when it asks whether or not i wish to have music and sound on, no matter which one i choose. I have to right click and press play.

Thanks, but chain reaction games exist for a long time. I personally don't believe that either us or finefin stole the game. Using chain reactions to make jokes or clever remarks for the game sound almost too obvious. As far as we are concern, there's no problem at all.
