Yes
I agree with HarryPothead, but its sorta hard at times.
good game but
the one thing i dont like about this game is when your character explodes and you hear a loud noise other than that you should make it more faster and use different backgrounds. im giving this an 8 for effort and a 5 cause its your first game and you have done really well

Good scoring system, steady increase in difficulty. I would like to be able to move faster, though. Perhaps you should also have a powerup that increases your blast radius. Perhaps it could be unlocked by getting a higher score. Once that's unlocked, it will easier to get even higher scores, to unlock more powerups. And I know it's arcade-style, but you should have a mode where you can stack your powerups indefinitely. It's a really good game, but more options and play modes are needed to carry this over the top and give it serious replay value.

I´ll think about adding those extras for a sequel. Maybe a "turbo" mode when You press Space, and possibility of buying powerups between levels.

Good, but needs improvement
You did a very good job for your first game and i found myself playing it for a good ten minutes. The only thing you need to do better on is the sound and maybe some different backgrounds /scenarios. It does give a good feel of an arcade game though. Im looking forward to your next game.
