i like it :)

i agree with 'keiyamato15' i like it nice work.

Pretty good

I have a high standard for music.

The drums are pointless. May as well remove them. Every instrument should be doing something creative at any given moment, or it's just filler. Interpol's drummer tends to do an amazing job being a backbone to the music while adding a powerful element to it at the same time, give Obstacle 1 or Take You on a Cruise a listen for inspiration.

Synth and piano intro is nice, but not complete. You do not utilize dynamics or dissonance effectively, and these are your two most powerful tools in evoking emotion especially in an intro. At least one of them would be fine, if you haven't an ear for meddling consonance with dissonance since this song is very consonant. The DIre Straits make an excellent example with their song Telegraph rode just how much a melodic guitar can move you when played such that volume dynamics and silence convey more of the song than the notes.

I like the subtleties in the section following the introduction, and I understand you're trying to communicate an emotion of solace, but this solace should be powerful. At the guitar riffs around 3:30 would be a perfect time to put some distorted umph into the guitar and grip the listener with loud dynamics and bent notes - to resolve into what comes at 4:20: a reprieve into the piano before a milder pick up by the guitar.

Your ending could feel more like an ending, but I can't dock points for it since the weak fade out serves the emotion you're communicating.

Overall, this is a good composition. I liked some of your intervals on the guitar riffs and the slurs you used. However, this is really the only interesting aspect of the song. Like I try to say above - add in more interesting elements.

Oh, and I almost forgot about the bassline since you have to strain yourself to hear it in this song. Same as drums should be... not just a lame filler.
