Nice, but not very original
I hate to say it, because I think you did do a good job, but the super-powered stick men fighting has been done a lot of times here on Newgrounds. I think to pull it off you really need a new angle.
The main reason I didn't feel I could give you a higher score is that everything that happened in the movie I have already seen elsewhere.
The Red and Green stick men make me think of crosswalk signs, and so far I haven't seen anything like that here. If it hasn't been already done, here's a free idea if you want it.
