I don't think it's really suitable for a site like this. We like games and movies and explosions. Sure will be helpful for many people though, including me.

I wish I had this to play with when I started learning Japanese. I like it, and I think it is a good tool for beginners in Japanese to practice with. The graphics are clean, clear, and easy to read and understand. There is a good variety of options to choose from, and it even lets you get competitive with yourself. I especially like the writing the hiragana section and the games section, and if you make the cards in the memory game flip faster ^_^ I could improve my time by a lot. I think the romanization practice flash cards are using a random draw method. When I played it I got a lot of redundant cards. Maybe you can add more categories such as shuffled flash cards that go all the way through the hiragana alphabet once without redundant characters mainly for review, especially before a test it might come in handy. Also the N character in the chart section is wrong, instead you have the character for TA in its place. A few tweaks and upgrades and this program will be perfect ^_^ , keep up the good work. I would like to see more useful well made games like this more often. Thank you for making it and doing such a great job with it!

I fixed the chart already, and I will be sure to speed things up! Also, now that I have the shuffle algorithm in place for the memory (i programmed the flash card protion first) I will change the cards over to that as well. Good idea!

You have no idea how long I have been searching for something like this! There is nothing better when learning a language than learning it from a game. You are my savior for my class before the new DS game comes out!!!

I'm simply no good at learning foreign languages. I still can't understand a sentence of Spanish whenever it's used in a flash, so I have to give you credit for trying to help people. Japanese is probably even harder for me, because the symbols are different as well. There could have been some background, but it wasn't intended to be flashy. I just really think it's nice you could make something that could help a lot of people, even if it's something a lot of people may not need. It's always neat to have a variety of games.
