The animation had no flow whatsoever and had no purpose. The end was funny. That was it. Just delete everything and keep the ending and I'll give it a better score.

Pretty hilarious that you simple reflected the Police car and it had 'Police' written the other way around. Funny funny. Nice music choice for everything. Pretty simple. But overall not the kind of drop-down funny or happy-tears funny. Or anything close to that.
