what i don't really get is that most of the voices are straight from the game....why not use all the voices from the game.

I couldn't. A number of lines and situations from the manga aren't in the game. So there would be no audio to use.
reason iz cuz this is actually audio from the game exept sora and alice and i forgot to mention this in the last review : sora has a derp face!
