Reviews for "Aqua Bots"

Slick

I like this game a lot but I don't think it's living up to it's potential; movement seems too slow and restricted, and the play area seems to be too small for a "character" of that size; although probably best solved by shrinking the character. It truly is a great game but personally I can't stand playing it for more than 3 minutes :\

it was pretty fun.

challenging game. i thought it was pretty fun. of course there is room for improvement so more powerups would be nice, maybe more ships to choose from also. thats my input.

Amazing

0. Hello.

1. Good Points:
* Concept. Very innovative. The concept gives a very refreshing feel to shooter games.
* Gameplay. Very challenging. I was really caught off guard at the immense difficulty that 'Insane' brought. I thought 'Hard' was going to be a walk in the park, bou was I wrong.

2. (Not so) Good Points:
* Lack of surprise. It gets tiring with prolong play maybe adding a few more elements to the game would increase replayability.

3. Good day.

Thanks for your review, I'm glad you enjoyed the concept and thought the game had some good points as well as it gives me encouragement to make a sequel or possibly more games in the "Aqua Bots" series

wow

Wow man, this is great. At first I thought oh it's just another cruise game but actually it's really fun, especially if you get very far. Thumbs up!

interesting concept...

But the Fun factor wasn't quite up there.

some improvements:

Collisions- the ships are really big compared to the passage way, shrinking them down some would give the feel of having more freedom of movement. as it is, I felt like I barely had to move the ships off center.
Custom Keys- I don't use a standard QWERTY keyboard, so the WASD controls mean my hand is spread out over the entire keyboard to hit the controls; even then I was able to get past the first 4 levels with relative ease on the medium difficulty.
