A real dark piece, but it doesn't really feel scary unless you're watching or doing something else with a high tension atmosphere. The whole thing itself just feels like an echo of the wind in a metal pipe. I think that probably the best place for something like this would be in a dark area, where you are watching a character and anticipating what will happen next, so that there is some storyline to kinda boost the fear factor. As I said before, by itself it just seems like an echo. Not so much scary, more like alone.
Also, I think I heard this piece in the last stand: dead zone on armorgames, is this what was used there?

I played the game and on the starting part there is a soundscape that sounds similar to this but it isn't, if that was the one you was talking about.
