PS. the clouds moved so fast.... try a litle slow.... I think this would become your animation more natural.

It was quite good, but it was as if two different animators had been working on this. At times the animation was neat, other times stiff.
Anyway, I liked your color-and song choice, but work with the animation a bit, and try to use a thinner outline.
