Yes, true. Though I mention that 2 or 3 times. Once in the description, once on the intro to the Flash itself, and who knows how many times to individual reviewers. So... holding it against the Flash itself really isn't warranted.

First off... what the hell did you just say?
Secondly, you CAN use the graphics... wherever you want and can upload them. However, your NG experience level-icon is NOT one of those places. So... use away. Just don't expect to be able to hack your image into the NG site-setup surrounding level icon display in forums etc.
