Pre-submission: I'd add a submission icon to it.
In-submission: A background other than just white would be nice. Also, play and replay buttons.
Sound quality was acceptable considering the filesize. That's the first alternative Sonic story i've ever seen that didn't make me go "great... more Sonic\Mario bullshit" - it made me smile, and the entire movie did make me laugh here and there. I liked the out-take and the clarifications at the end gave it that minimally polished and professional feeling that's missing everywhere on NewGrounds.
Overall, very good.

Not perfect, but for bad voice actors, I'd say it was pretty good! Pretty funny too
