It was well animated and had great art, but it wasn't very original.

Flash movies where an annoyingly cute cartoon character gets slaughtered is a bit overdone... but Newgrounds viewers eat that stuff up, so you sure picked the right audience.
However, you should have had Ash get chopped up instead of Pikachu because Ash is twice as annoying as Pikachu could ever be. :)

If I had animated this, I'd have had Toonslayer feast on Ash's brain, and then have him make sweet love to Pikachu on top of Ash's corpse.
But that's just me.
