story good, combat was bland, and WTF with nergal?

the story is a good idea, but the animation was dry. Maybe a little more variety of moves rather than just stab uppercut 18 times in a row, and more importantly, dont have the 2 people stab at each other when neither sword is within 4 feet of even touching the other guy.
Also, i understand from the prolougue that you are using Nergal's sprite for the evil king....... but did you actually come up so short that you actually had to use his name too? come on... you could have done better than that, no question, so...
why?

That was good for a sprite movie

I enjoyed that, even though the fighting was a bit choppy and repetitive. Korah's sprite reminded me alot of the main character of busou renkin which his name i cant remember. A few tips though add in better combos than just stab upwards swing, for Korah. It was a bit awkward because the transition between the two attacks was not nearly enough frames. I like the storyline behind all this, and it looks like something that will turn out to be an excellent series. Good job ill be looking out for the next part.

some things were a bit corny

the dbz styled dashes, the beam attacks trying to overcome each other, and some other things were a bit cheesy cuz those things were already overused. however ur sprite animation skills r almost as good if not better than MaxR's! not only that but ur plot makes ppl beg for more and keeps ppl eager for the next episode and for the finale! because of this i urge u not to give up like other potentially epic series have!
