but for some reason i cant shoot that guys dick off, it just wont let me, even though im hovering right over his dick, and i fire, nothing happens. some help please.

I thought this game was excellent and I reviewed it yesterday, but I still can't get past the part with the biker gang. Can someone please tell me what to do?
great sniper action, but unrealistic responses.
the game in it's self was excellent, and the only problem i could find with it is the fact that if you happened to miss a target, or there was more than one, nobody would even react to the gun shot-- and the gun obviously didn't have a sliencer. other that that, great game.
