The animation, art and humour was great although the sync is very off. But this doesnt hinder it too much.
I also found it amusing how you sumed up like 20 episodes in a couple minutes :P

It's a shame about the lag, because your animation style is great. If you find a way to make it a little smoother and keep the tempo consistent you'd rule the world! (Not literally)

Fixing the lag
I think if you change the audio setting from 'event' to 'stream' (at least for the voices) that will fix the lag. Now im not 100% sure thats the problem, but i'm about 90% sure. It's worth a try anyways.
