somehow it reminds me of another assassin-game here at newgrounds (to bad I forgot the full title).
Yours is much more colorful, but there's no chance in upgrading.
In fact, you scroll through the scenery, search the person and BLAM...
Would be a tad more realistic if your scope shakes (especially after fast moves) and if you could add some difference in the targeted and the point actually hit. Since: no rifle is 100% accurate.

lvl 6
To clear lvl 6 you need to shoot the guy carrying the package while he's in the elevator on the second floor. Then the guy in the black suit will go in the elevator to get the package and leave through the fire exit. Then you'll get the message to kill everyone else.
It's damn good...
But protecting the mayor is retaaaaaaahdedly hard

It's okay, not the best, but definetely somewhere pretty high. For the package one, just shoot the guy with, I repeat, with the package in the 2nd floor elevator, then wait until a command to kill the rest o dah dudes.
