Haha wow, this reminded me of a swedish comercial we got here, its also for a cologne, so it made me laugh even more. Its almost as if your screaming right up to their faces how stupid their comercials are.

Not bad
Pretty cool I'd say, there wasn't a whole lot of animation. However what you were going for was to show emptiness, something barren. So I'd say you did good there, you could've added in a tumble weed to really put emphasis on the issue.
I'd say you should tell the tale of Dirty Joe in his first episode, this seems more like an opening you'd see to the tale. Quite good though, I was impressed. I was a little disappointed when it ended so abruptly.
Otherwise keep it up, and I look forward to a continuation in the future :D
