It's so easy to survive.
I just stayed over by the edge of the game and half my paddle disappeared and I survived for soooo long.
It was entertaining and I liked the music. I like the concept of the notes falling and stuff. Good stuff.
Nice synchronisation.
The synchronisation with the music was awesome! I really liked that background. But the pad and all enemies just didn't fit in. Looked quite crappy. If I were you I would go with the bubble kind of feel and make everything round. Evem gameplay should be more round. And you should cut the long pause at the beginning its really annoying. Make the pad not be at the mouse position, it should follow the mouse quickly. That way you cant cheat with right clicking. There were many games like this one done before, but this one is just a bit higher than the others :)
All in all it was fun, 7/10 3/10.
