Myself be a pirate hating Ninja find this very humourous but you seem to have taken the idea that Pirates hate Ninjas from AdventureQuest (Adventure Quest scks by the way)..

Alright, you got a base to work on. Now refine it.

Alright, you have a basic concept of what it is you want to do. It is not great, in terms of the art and having choppy animation with lack of sound, color, etc.

HOWEVER! This is a good start as a story board, or as a foundation for an animation idea. Work with this idea a bit more, making the animation smoother and a bit more enjoyable. It isn't anything spectacular, but its a start. Keep on working on it, and then refine it. Even if you're doing this for fun, try and turn this into something better.

This may take some time to do, don't worry and be patient. For a first animation you showed some guts and did more work on your first than I've seen some other people do. Or myself for that matter ^^;

Keep at it, and you'll find yourself onto bigger and more dynamic projects yet!

Not bad i have a feeling you'll get a lot better!

Strong Points:-Great imagination(original i mean a pirate and a ninja best of both worlds lol)
Weak Points:-No background
-No colors
-No sound effects or music
-No plot or story

Overall:-Not a bad start!You got two interesting characters don't give up on them with a live background some color a couple of sounds hear and there and a reason as to why they hate each other and you got yourself one hell of a flash!Keep up the work!Cant wait to see what you come up with next!
