This is what happens when a dog tries to make those big o chibi eyes and then. Whoops! You have chibi eyes! But nevertheless this is great! I love the part when the doctor says about him having astigmatism and also aids. Bravo though. Already recommending this to my friends. :)

The true price of cuteness.
When one thinks of something as being so adorable, one's thoughts turn to the concept of the chibi with their large soulful eyes. Yet there are be hidden costs to such false and fantasy driven cuteness as you have shown here. Fantasy vs. Reality...which should be chosen? This is the thought that occurred to me when I saw this. Despite it being a bit strange, I really like how you added an insult to the injury then displayed the character smiling widely with blood spilling like tears. It is as if he is saying, "My life just cannot get any worse" or "At least I will not suffer so long because of the AIDS virus." An interesting piece and concept. Great work. A true masterpiece of the darker side of reality.
