Is this one of Garnet's possible futures?
I do love it but really got me is when I was searching for Garnett's gem and realized that Ruby's and Saphire's gem were together and shattered. Wonderful. And is that Connie's hand peeking through?

Yuuup, it's Connie's hand. I went a little but overboard.
It's intense (0 - 0), but that's what makes this scene so jarring. I guess I haven't seen so much hopelessness and terror in the eyes of a usually joyful and optimistic character, but when they do get crushed, it hit you hard. Great job >W<
