Not horride, not Great either.
As said in previous reviews the menu's pop up a little slowly, so you might wish to fix that.The Scrolling Wheel should be replaced too. If you wanna get creative about it, turn the scrolls 90 degrees and make the top bar the "up button" and the bottom bar the "down button". The audio is a bit annoying, usually sites with audio come off as amateur-ish.
Other than that though, not a bad job.

Just a few criticisms...
First off, I like the concept you are going with this menu. The scrolls showing the different screens is very... "Avatarish." You already know you need to loop the music, so I can't hold that against you, but the navigation isn't that smooth. When clicking on a scroll, it seems to take to long of a transition, whereas it could be faster. Also, I noticed you need to use a mouse wheel to navigate the character creation rules. This didn't affect me, but there may be people that either don't have mouse wheels or don't use them. You could remedy this by adding either a side bar to click scroll, or you could also allow arrow keys to scroll with. In any case, it looks good, and I wish you luck.

first of thats just stupid advertising, and what kind of crap is that? you cant make any perfect characters. make your game bigger so making a perfect character is impossible, modle it after diablo or something.
it's not that kind of Role Playing Game! If I could make that I sure as hell wouldn't be here
