its boring but i enjoyed the peace.

i believed the black and white tone pictures had a real impact on this game. and i believed those are animations.

The photography is beautiful, and the mood is really calm. This is a nice little minigame you can play to get your mind of whatever you're supposed to do. ;P
On first try I got 9 gnomes, on second 10. On third try I got 10 gnomes and the troll. :)
Pixel hunting is not my favorite gameplay type. However the 10 Gnomes series is very well made. The ambient sound and black and white photo background create a surreal feeling that makes you believe Gnomes could really exist and hide all around us. These games make you look at world with different eyes, letting player discover the world from a different perspective and seeing how various human made items, mostly abandoned ones could be used by beings of different (spatial) dimensions. My baseline score for all 10 Gnomes games is 7/10, for great artistic design and rather unique design, but only a medium level of gameplay. I myself have found all the gnomes in all these games, but usually just about 7 or 8 from the first try.
First 10 Gnomes episode to feature a troll. Also one of the easiest episodes, due to the small location and simple and intuitive 360 degree navigation. However all photos are captured just at ground level and not being able to see the human eye level of the location sort of makes one miss the total location experience. I will give this my standard 10 Gnome score of 7/10, because the factors that urge me to raise score by 1 point and factors that urge me to lower score by 1 point are in balance here.
