Wow
Boy was I pissed. I lost both my arms and my leg. And all I got was a pair of gloves for the hands I dont have and a keychain. Brilliant.

Could be improved
My first feeling playing this game was that of "cool, an original game". The only things were:
- the dude looked retarded(redesign him)
- the conveyor belt made it harder( switch directions randomly maybe?)
- make him jump so that he can move to one side faster( a solution to the moving problem)
- the machete shower was too easy to dodge(a little bigger perhaps, or random location?)
- repetition of prizes( this is just lame dude, just lame)
- uselessness of prizes. Ok, this is my biggest advice to you: have powerups...and how about some health packs -- something like BoneGrow(tm)...(lol)... to grow back his massacred parts once in a while. As for upgrades...i dunno...a shield maybe? or a way to destroy some machetes...and if you must have useless prizes...how about showing(as a user suggested already) some of the prizes on him as he runs around.
But good game overall. I seldom write reviews, but this has potential.

Answering the questions, fine. Dodging the machetes, fine. Answering the questions while dodging machetes, suprisingly fine. The only problem was that sometimes it was impossible to answer the right question or get the prize, becase a barrage of knives would suddenly come down between you and your goal. No, I don't mean the barrage when you get a question wrong, I mean by pure bad luck the randomized machetes would concentrate in one place, and because of the sheer number of them it made moving impossible. And if, like me, you were unfortunate enough to get this while far over to one side and on low health, you can't dodge the single machetes and you die. Pleh.
Needs some improvements
I suggest instead of having to stand on the correct answer why not make it where we can just push the correct answer on our keyboards instead.....
