D. Gray-Man!
Wow, this is the first D. Gray-man flash that I've seen on here. It's pretty good for a first flash. I sorta would have thought that Kanda would play the female role since a lot of people think that he looks like a girl. Lol. =)

For a first flash this is good! You need a little more practice with how you want your characters to speak. And make sure the the female still looks like a female when they are angry. >.> Keep making flashes bud.

Well...
for a first animation, it was good. I can't animate anything, so I don't know how you;ll take this, but I think you need to work on the general lip-syncing and fluidity of motion. The coloring was fine, as far as I could tell, it was the movement that detracted from the animation. Lol, and the characters were funny-looking (eye reflections on the female, female appearance of the male). Remove any gender ambiguity that may be present in your work, and you're golden lol.
