stop the music on the preloader
On the first frame (the preloader) Goto actions and use this script:
stopAllSounds();
That way your music won't keep going when its over.
As for the animation, it was a bit strange, but i liked it...

The animation flowed and went with the music! Very good!

I like the animation so far, amost seamless, and how the background formed in the beginning was a nice touch. Make it a bit longer and add more eyeball men, running, jumping, and doing other stuff in unison or in patterns.

Uh... Where does it go? I thought the music was great, and I thought you were gonna have like a whole dance with the eyes and more things happening, but instead it just kind of goes away. Was that the point?
