Reviews for "Rockstar Hero DEMO"

was ok

i would love this game being a fan of guitar hero its a good game but the timing is off a bit sometimes:)

Ouch, Ouch, Ouch

Please take out the "ouch!' sound... It is super annoying....

Timing

it doesn't seem to be anything different from the rest of the guitar-hero spinoffs around here. but check your timing. when i played it, the buttons you were supposed to press were behind the note in the song it corresponded to. that way, it was impossible to hit the keys on time without ignoring the music.

dissapointing

you can hardly make a guitar game where your just listening to music and pushing random numbers at the same time they werent even linked to the music and why would I hold my keyboard like a guitar when theres no need to it would just make the 123 button presses more confusing to play I can already tell you used that gameplay type from a flash submission that was recently on here but he did it better

Two Reasons

Okay bud. There's two really obvious, and really bad things that are hurting you here.

#1: Your frame rate -- It's horrid! Is it at 12? Seriously consider ramping it up to AT LEAST 24.

#2: "OUCH!" -- No one likes to hear a terrible (and loud) song when they mess up. If you notice in those games that have been published, the sound isn't too noticeable, and it certainly doesn't stand out. One rule when it comes to audio in game creation is that when you have a sound being played over and over, it better not get annoying to hear.
