Well, this is when I was kind of noobish at flash so I didn't know a lot of stuff.
As for the questions:
I didn't use/need any movie clips for the moves, so other than when I was tweening yes it was frame by frame.
How long it took is in the author comments =P

for more dbz effect you should use a beam witha tail on the end like ======O and using a blue wave for all the kamehameha waves would have been better instead of switching from red and blue
