Funny
Funny, but the voice acting was confusing. Everyone was talking over each other.

Sound mis-starts in a couple places. Animation not the best in the world. Funny plot though. Fix and re-post.
One improvement at a time . . .
When recording voice, there is a set of sounds known as stopplosives in which air is built up and then released. In English they are P,T,K,B,D,G,C. When you record these sounds, air will escape your mouth faster than usual and vibrate the coil in your mic. This will create that windy sound where your voice belongs. There are a few ways to rectify this problem. Hold the mic off to one side of your mouth when recording. Or you could talk through a sock or some other fabric. Some mics you can buy come with a windsock.
On the actual animation, speeding up some of the movements might have helped hold the humor. Art was alright, and the fluidity of motion was mediocre. Length was a bit much, but the write was for the most part good. All in all a good effort, and quite an improvement from previous works. Keep at it.
