Nicely done I must say, you did a nice job on this, however in 2004 you forgot when Newgrounds was renamed to Numagrounds for the Numa Numa Dance. Your artwork and animation was good, but my one complaint was narration, you sounded quite boring.

Thanks, but the narration as actually Nerky, the co-author....And I didn't have to put in EVERYTHING about Newgrounds...I didn't include Alien Hominid at all either, nor Clocks, Locks, Socks, Cocks or Rocks...
Well...
Animation/Graphics - Pretty good for a slideshow type flash actually. Nothing too great and nothing too exciting, but it got the job done. I personally don't mind the slideshow type flashes as long as they have good information and decent audio.
Story - A lot of information and the flash was actually great in length. It's not the most interesting subject for people, but now and then things do need to be informative instead of fun. Not bad here.
Audio - The audio was all around alright, but you do have to admit that the voice kind of dragged on and made the movie sort of boring.
Overall, not too bad, but could use somethings to spice it up a little.

I liked it, people should know this history more in depth than the average Newgrounder does. That is where this flash is at it's best.
In my opinion, though. You abused the same zoom in effect, got annoying after like the third time. A simple screenshot would have been better, no need to go too fancy.
Audio was good, narrator seemed a tad bored at times, however. No complaints.
Overall, not bad but could be better.

About the zoom in problem, I tried to vary between panning and zooming, and just a static image would have got a bit boring...

It's a very good attempt to put the newgrounds history into a flash. The narrator is easy to understand (even though he sounds a bit bored here and there, he) and the slideshow is done quite well.
However, I think you left out some very important parts like the redisign in 2007, or the ClockCrew (yes, they play an important role in NG history, IMO).
Also, it would have been better if you had used more "old" screenshots. For example, if you are talking about 2005 and you show a screenshot from todays newgrounds... it's a bit weird.

Well, the main reason a lot of stuff was left out of this was mainly because I was working from the History Page in Newgrounds, and that hasn't been changed since 2006 (it really needs to be)..And about the screenshots: the simplest answer is that I couldn't find any that worked for the topic that was being discussed in that year...any archive images I could find I used though....

It's an informative little flash, but it does have a few issues that you could attend to to make it a much better flash. First of all, I'd break down the narrative that you've given, as it's just far too monotone and boring. You sound like a professor, already resigned to the fact that the students are falling asleep in his lectures.
Given that there are good natural breaks for the progress of Newgrounds, you could break it up and put a scene selection in for ease of use.
I'd also be careful of how much you zoom in with the screen shots of the site - it can compromise the quality of the images.
