Lame.
Uhm, a rip-off of both madness and team fortress 2, both great things kinda shredded into tiny peices here. At least you had sound. If this was a promotional video, all I saw was a charecter designed by someone else using weapons and sounds designed by someone else colored by you, shooting a mini-gun.
Blah.
Oh, by the way, your check-mark is backwards.

I do not think you are ready yet for Newgrounds, here are a few reasons:
You have a lack of sounds
You do not take time for your effects
A white background isn't much spectacular
It is a pretty short movie, hard to understand what is going on.
I hope you work on these, good luck!
Not funny, not good
I love TF2. I expected something funny here, or least something great, what was your initial point any way?
